WWII Swiss M1918 Bayonet w/Scabbard - Waffenfabrik Neuhausen

Description

WWII Swiss M1918 Bayonet with Scabbard. Ricasso is marked "Waffenfabrik Neuhausen. The grips are solid with a couple minor scratches/nicks/chips. The crossguard is marked "402607" and the underside has a Swiss cross. The blade has been sharpened (it is very sharp), and has a layer of oil on it (some has dried on). The lock button is stuck. The scabbard is solid with several dents (mainly on the lower half), has a Swiss cross on the ball finial, and the leather frog strap is still attached to the hanger. Washer is missing. Length of the blade measures 11 5/8" (1 1/16" wide x 1/4" thick spine), length of the bayonet is 16 1/2", and in the scabbard it is 17 3/8". Muzzle opening is 5/8".
